When you enquire to Mortgage Advice Scotland, your adviser will be authorised and regulated by the FCA. Your home may be repossessed if you do not keep up repayments on your mortgage. Advisers don’t charge you a fee for our mortgage advice - we can discuss any of your requirements free of charge. We also submit an application for a mortgage on your behalf for free, in most instances. Fees, typically 1%, are only charged when submitting an application for Buy-To-Let, non-standard & lifetime mortgages. These are often more complex mortgages and as such fees to apply for a mortgage would be applicable, however advice would be free.
