Advisers don’t charge you a fee for our mortgage advice - we can discuss any of your requirements free of charge. We also submit an application for a mortgage on your behalf for free, in most instances. These are often more complex mortgages and as such fees to apply for a mortgage would be applicable, however advice would be free.
