When your first contact Mortgage Advice Scotland we will assess how best we can help you and take all necessary information. Your mortgage adviser will arrange a time & place to meet at your convenience and take the time to sit down with your to explain your options and how each will benefit you.
While the vast majority of mortgage brokers will charge a set fee for their support and advice, Mortgage Advice Scotland do things differently. When we arrange a mortgage for our clients we receive money from the lenders and it’s our belief this money should be enough to cover our costs.
